• How Does the money-back guarantee work?

It's simple – We will design your Website in accordance with your business model and branding aspirations. We will create a *draft of the Web Design look and feel. We then will submit it to you for your approval. Any reasonable alterations will be made at your request. 

Hopefully you love what we do and when you are satisfied we will ask you to sign off on the draft. After this sign off, the guarantee will fall away and we will then add real content and media. If, in the unlikely event our efforts do not meet your expectations and any alterations are still not to your satisfaction, we will give you your money back.

*PLEASE NOTE THAT WE WILL ONLY SUBMIT THE WEB DESIGN AND LAYOUT DRAFT TO YOU.  DUMMY TEXT IN THE FORM OF Lorem Ipsum (LATIN FILLER) AND GENERIC PICTURES WILL TAKE THE PLACE OF REAL CONTENT. THIS IS FOR OUR PROTECTION.

• What's the catch?

There's not a catch. The only thing that we will condition is that you host with us for a minimum of 3 months (You will not be charged for this 90 days). We are not looking to make money from hosting – that's not our business. The reason that we ask you to host with us is to ensure that we can adequately install, secure and service our client portfolio of Websites. We also intend to include the client Websites in a soon to come business database that is extremely exciting.

• How much is that hosting?

Should you wish to continue with our hosting after your FREE 3 months, it will cost just R55 per month. Shop around if you like – you won't find many cheaper. If your Website becomes a Goliath with thousands of pages and demands excessive bandwidth we will offer you a new package or, in this case, you could host with another hosting company.

• How do I know you won't just hike up the price?

As long as your Website stays within the limits of reasonable bandwidth, the price will remain fixed for one year. After that period, should we need to increase the price we will notify you accordingly and you'd be free to host elsewhere if you choose to. We will never hold your site hostage.

• Do You Create The Content?

Yes. We provide limited content. What we do is ask our clients to give us is general information (after all, you know your own business best, right?) and we will put it together for you in a well written and stylish way. We focus on the layout and navigation. If you are selling product than we will ask you for that artwork/media to put into your site. • Do You Provide Keyword Research?

Yes we do. Should you need help, we will select the best keywords for your business or service and tailor your content around these.

• What Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) Do You Provide?

We will do all the search engine optimisation on-page – making sure that your Website performs in the search engines, has a site map and is in a prime condition for further off-page SEO. We do offer further SEO services modules that you can pick and choose as per your requirements.
